PI is starting 2018 with a bang! After concluding a great 2017, for which we are so grateful to our customers and business partners, we continued our company tradition of celebrating the team’s birthdays where everyone can VOTE their restaurant choice. Of course, now with the addition of TWO German speakers to the PI team, Roxana and Andrea, (as if Holger needed a break from speaking…lol), Wolfgang Steakhouse in Waikiki won.

THE PI TEAM:  We welcome new additions to our team!  We have Andres: engineering department; Nick: Purchasing and Customer Service Department; Roxana: Purchasing and Customer Service Department and Andrea: QA department. Tracy S, the engineering manager will soon be on maternity leave as she is working until the last day she gives birth, so big PROPS to her as she manages the engineering department for our PI customers.  We are also excited to soon welcome her little, new addition to the PI family.  Tracy G, our Customer Service and Purchasing Manager, has expanded her department team, and continues to service our PI customers very well. Wes, our QA manager has updated our certification to 2016 standards (ISO 13485:2016 cert) and continues to demonstrate that PI’s priority is QUALITY. Don, an integral part of the QA PI team, continues his dedication to PI. And we can’t forget our dedicated team away from Hawaii, Drew in St. Louis, MO and Lothar in Germany, who continue to be integral as well.

For the upcoming future, we have a team heading to AAOS 2018 in New Orleans at our BOOTH #5529 from March 7-9, 2018, so please come and visit them and see what this PI team can do for you.

Pacific Instruments celebrated its 10th year anniversary with an ocean view dinner. We thank everyone for their support and we look forward to another decade as well.
