RE: OPERATIONAL STATUS OF PACIFIC INSTRUMENTS DUE TO COVID 19:
To Our Valued Customers, Team Members, Family and Friends:
We are in an unprecedented time and we must work together to stay safe and healthy. We know if everyone does his/her part, we will get through this together. Never has it been so evident that we are dependent upon one another. While there is uncertainty and stress, we want to assure you that Pacific Instruments is doing its utmost to keep certainty on many levels.
· Our first response is adhering to the Federal, State, and Local guidelines and in alignment, we’ve instituted policies for the health and safety of our team members including but not limited to of social distancing, personal hygiene, disinfecting the office space, prohibiting travel, and instituting a “No Visitor” policy.
· Today, the State of Hawaii has issued a “stay at home, work from home” order, but there is a long list of exempted Oahu businesses that can still operate, one of which is Healthcare Operations. Thankfully, Pacific Instruments is fully operational to continue processing and filling its purchase orders so that we can ship timely and commit to fulfilling our responsibilities to our valued customers, hospitals, surgeons, distributors, team members, and the public in general. We are also proudly contributing our support and knowledge to the State of Hawaii and we can only thank everyone who has helped us be able to participate in the State’s efforts to combat COVID-19.
